Meet the maker

Hi, I’m Lisa. After years as an auto worker here in Wayne County, Michigan, I retired. In recovery, I found something I didn’t expect: a real love for beading. Every piece of Sunshine Jewelry is made by me, by hand, one bead at a time.

You may have met me at an art fair or art show. I’ve set up my booth in cities all over Michigan and Ohio. My husband of 26 years is my biggest supporter. He does all the heavy lifting and puts up the tents. Being out with people and feeling the love of community brings us both so much joy.

I’m a mom of three and a grandma of six, and I hope each piece brings a little sunshine to your day.
